**Join us as a Junior IT Support Technician** and let's make magic happen together.
**Role Overview**
As a** Junior IT Support Technician**, you’ll be responsible for managing the device warehouse, the hardware and software inventory and to give first-level technical support via the ticketing system.
The resource will report directly to our IT Support Manager.
Your mission:
- ** Device warehouse management.** Monitor, organize and maintain the inventory of hardware devices, including PCs, laptops, printers, phones and other corporate devices;
- ** Hardware and software inventory.** Ensure that all devices are correctly cataloged and updated in the inventory management system;
- ** First level technical support.** Promptly respond to support tickets to resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, network and mobile devices and escalate to the second support level when necessary;
- ** Configuration and distribution of devices.** Prepare devices for new employees, ensuring that they are properly configured and ready for use;
- ** Documentation and reporting.** Keep track of activities carried out, update internal databases and knowledge base, produce periodic reports on the progress of the warehouse and support activities.
Your ideal profile:
- ** Technical background. **Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- ** Previous experience.** Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g. FreshService, ServiceNow, Jira) and inventory management systems.
- ** Systems’ knowledge.** Basic knowledge of macOS, ChromeOS, Android and IOS systems.
- ** Saas knowledge.** Knowledge of SaaS configuration and management.
- ** Problem solving attitude.** Attitude in troubleshooting technical problems related to hardware and software.
- ** Teamwork and multitasking.** Attitude to work in a team and manage multiple activities at the same time.
- ** Language proficiency.** Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
