**APP APPLICATION MANAGER**

**Descrizione del lavoro**

Il ruolo di Application Manager si unisce al team BMI S.p.a. in un momento di crescita davvero entusiasmante ed andrà ad implementare una parte fondamentale del portafoglio aziendale.

Con questo incarico sarai responsabile dell’introduzione al mercato delle applicazioni mobile di BMI su iOS e Android e sarai responsabile delle prestazioni delle applicazioni rispetto agli obiettivi commerciali, definendo le strategie di marketing più efficaci per raggiungerli.

**Descrizione del lavoro**

In qualità di Mobile Application Manager, dovrai:

- Essere responsabile delle prestazioni delle applicazioni mobili rispetto agli obiettivi aziendali e dei clienti
- Garantire un alto livello di coinvolgimento delle parti interessate e sostenere l’interazione fra i team per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di prodotto
- Promuovere la visione dei servizi e sperimentare le strategie più idonee alla veicolazione tramite applicazione
- Analizzare il pubblico e la sua risposta alle variazioni apportate sui prodotti e sui dispositivi misurando l’andamento della crescita
- Collaborare in modo proficuo con il marketing per garantire che tutte le opportunità promozionali vengano esplorate.
- Monitorare il mercato ed i canali comunicativi utilizzati dai competitors

**Hai le seguenti competenze**
- Conoscenza di applicativi CRM per la gestione del customer
- Gestione di piattaforme per il cash back
- Conoscenza logiche di referral
- Data analysis
- Creazione dell’offerta commerciale
- Progettazione di filiere di customer satisfaction

**Rappresentano un plus**
- Esperienza con i sistemi di affiliazione
- Provenienza professionale dall’ambito servizi alla persona

**Dal primo giorno avrai**

Capacità di guidare la crescita aziendale con i reparti di ricerca & sviluppo e marketing.

La capacità di sintetizzare il feedback dei clienti in preziose informazioni sui prodotti e passaggi successivi attuabili.

Comprensione approfondita delle best practice di UX (User Experience) e UI (User Interface).
