Treasury Analyst

What you will do
He/She will be managing or supporting the following activities:
- Daily management of TMS issues related to payments and other treasury bookings
- Support to all the payment processes and cash concentration activities.
- Support to the short and medium term cash forecasting: monthly forecast for Group payments and ITCY transactions, coordination of subsidiaries’ needs
- Management of the banking loan withdraws and interest.
- Taking care of the existing Factoring programs (database and analysis) and onboarding of new countries
- Daily interaction with Accounting (including the Shared Service Center) and Controlling dept, local Finance Managers and Auditors (fluency in English is a must)
- Day by day relationship with the financial institutions/banks and provision for administrative activity related to financing agreements
- Improving of existing reports and development of new ones
- Support to Financial Hedging Activity (Fx/Commodity/Interest) - Hedge Accounting
- Completion of KYC, documents and declarations from time to time required by internal and external stakeholders.
- Guarantees management (requests, renewal, submission)
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred (experience)
- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Experience with TMS (Piteco) and ERP (SAP); excel fluency is a must
- You possess strong analytical skills and hands-on mentality & accuracy
- IT oriented, experiences with Swift/File Act could be a plus
- You are passionate about new projects and initiatives in a fast-changing & dynamic environment
- You’ll embrace an open-minded team where new ideas/projects are welcome and fostered
- Fluency in English is a must
