**Gruppo Lactalis Italia**è alla ricerca di un/a brillante laureando/a o neolaureato/a da inserire all’interno della Direzione Global Marketing.
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team Global Marketing Galbani e, riportando al Marketing Manager, supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività:
- Monitoraggio della performance relativa al brand Galbani, sia in termini di sell-in che di sell-out;
- Organizzazione eventi e corsi di formazione marketing con aule internazionali;
- Sviluppo dei nuovi concetti/prodotti;
- Gestione quotidiana delle richieste provenienti dai team locali e di zona del Gruppo;
- Coordinamento della condivisione delle best practices tra i vari paesi;
- Gestione del Global SharePoint e della global newsletter relativi al brand Galbani;
- Aggiornamento del Catalogo Globale di Galbani.
**REQUISITI RICHIESTI**
- Percorso di laurea in Economia preferibilmente con specializzazione in Marketing o Comunicazione;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus;
- Ottima conoscenza e padronanza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Curiosità e passione per il mondo Marketing;
- Esperienza precedente in team internazionali di marketing sarà considerata un plus;
- Spiccate attitudini relazionali e di public speaking;
- Organizzazione, energia e orientamento al risultato;
- Proattività, doti analitiche e di comprensione dei dati.
