CUSTOMER ADVISOR
Dopo un periodo iniziale di formazione, la risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del team dedicato al servizio clienti telefonico e si occuperà di consulenza e proposizione dei servizi ad hoc su richiesta del cliente. Risponderà alle esigenze che verranno esplicitate tramite compilazione format on line o tramite contatto telefonico;
supporterà il cliente nell’ esperienza di acquisto in un’ottica di customer satisfaction.
Requisiti richiesti
- Diploma e/o Laurea;
- Pregressa esperienza nel settore contact center, nello specifico in attività di vendita telefonica;
- Buon utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici;
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, orientamento al cliente, affidabilità, precisione e orientamento al risultato.
**Si offre**:
Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con prospettiva di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
IV/V livello del commercio da valutare in base all'esperienza e il profilo presentato.
