RESPONSIBILITIES- Understand the business and user issues in order to translate them into opportunities by conducting quantitative and qualitative research to identify problems and expectations (data analysis, user interviews, user tests, usability test etc.) in collaboration with a CRO, 2 web analysts and a data analyst.
- Create and define User flow, wireframes and interactive prototypes supported by a data driven and customer centric approach
- Integrate customer feedbacks to design solution and test and validate the selected solutions with the users
- Contribute in the local improvement of digital product on Decathlon.it through prototypes for A/B testing and ux/ui improvements recommendation for CRO activity
- Realize UX/UI audit of Decathlon.it in collaboration with data, web analysts and UX researcher
- Imagine and formalize the design elements of a new features on Decathlon.it coordinating with ux writer and a UX/UI designer
- Conduct competitors analysis to identify new emerging trends and keep the ux/ui experience always updated.
- Analyses industry trends to create innovative new ideas around digital product production
- Collaborate with other designers and a Ux writer at local and United level
- Be a major player in the quality of delivery
- Being part and a contributor of an International community of Digital product designer and ux researcher developed at Decathlon United level

SKILLS
- Strong design and creative skills
- Knowledge of the digital and sport industry world
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to manage manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work in a team and flexibility
- Autonomous, creative and motivated
- Good organizational skills in management of project deadlines.
- Positive and proactive attitude. Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
- Highly proficient in spoken and written both Italian and English, French knowledge is a plus.

EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, apps or websites (required)
- Previous experience working in ecommerce or software development organizations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (UX/UI designers, Dev, PM, Marketing...)
- Master Degree in UX/UI Design, Cognitive science, Neuroscience or similar
- Experience and/or good knowledge of usability and A/B testing to validate your prototypes;
- Proficiency knowledge of design tools such as Figma or similar products.
- Good understanding of analytics and ux metrics tools such as GA4, Content Square
- Good knowledge of customer feedback tools such as Medallia, Qualtrics, My opinion is a plus
