**What You Can Expect**:
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will be reporting to the HR VP EMEA and working in close collaboration with the General Manager of the country.

**How You Create Impact**:

- Support your assigned departments in all HR related activities including headcount planning, recruitment activities, HR administration and leadership coaching.
- Translate business priorities into compensation and benefits plans, ensuring their alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
- Support local management in making appropriate assessments of employee’s performance and potential and assists with appropriate action plans.
- Collaborate with the HR group and local senior management in identifying individual skills and organizational development needs, using appropriate assessment tools.
- Assist in the implementation of organizational realignments, up-/downsizing, outsourcing and growth strategies.
- Liaise with US Corporate HQ for management of cross-national teams within your assigned department

**What Will Make You Stand Out**:

- 6-8 years of solid and profound HR experience
- First education in economy, law or equivalent.

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- Experience within a complex, cross-functional and international environment, possibly at HQ level
- Experience working with a multi-customer/client focus, with a demonstrated understanding of cross-cultural challenges
- **Fluent English**:

- Previous international exposure and experience in a multi-national company
- Solid knowledge of employment laws, benefits practices, local competitive situation re. compensation and recruitment market
- Standard computer skills (MS Office)
