Stiamo cercando un **Booking Supervisor** per la struttura CX di **Milano Bicocca**

**TO DO LIST DEL BOOKING SUPERVISOR**:

- Gestirai e risponderai a reclami e informazioni relative alle prenotazioni con professionalità e cortesia
- Gestirai la vendita e l’organizzazione di prenotazioni di gruppo (group bookings)
- Ottimizzerai l’allocazione delle stanze e avrai sempre sotto controllo l’inventario delle stesse.
- Sarai proattivo/a nella vendita di eventi e nell’organizzazione degli stessi
- Supporterai nello sviluppo ed alimentazione del CRM
- Ti occuperai della fatturazione in generale (elettronica, università, gruppi, eventi, congressi).
- Gestirai le eventuali lamentele dei clienti (online e offline)
- Attuerai strategie di vendita in coordinamento con il dipartimento Sales & Distribution
- Effettuerai opere di Upselling e Promozione di servizi extra ed eventi
- Presenzierai a eventi commerciali illustrando il prodotto Campus X e attirando nuovi clienti

**REQUISITI**:

- Esperienza pregressa in Sales e Reservation nel settore alberghiero o extra-alberghiero
- Diploma di scuola media superiore o altro titolo equipollente
- Ottime abilità matematiche e analitiche
- Conoscenza approfondita di Excel
- Capacità di organizzazione e spirito di squadra
- Ottimo livello di italiano e inglese, scritto e parlato
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di una terza lingua
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del PMS Mews
- Flessibilità
- Proattività e indipendenza lavorativa
- Attenzione ai dettagli
- Eccellente orientamento al cliente
- Attitudine ed esperienza commerciale

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
