We’re looking for a **Health, Safety & Environment Managerr** for our branch in** Basiano (MI) **to help us drive a safer, more compliant workplace and foster a culture where safety awareness thrives.

By joining our team, you’ll play a crucial role in managing safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading projects. You’ll support technical needs and drive process improvements while helping to develop talent and foster a culture of safety excellence.

**YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE**:

- Managing the health and safety area at the corporate level, supervising staff to ensure delivery of objectives;
- Providing advice and guidance on health and safety matters to support business changes and stakeholders;
- Developing strategies to minimize health and safety risks, recommending solutions for plant, machinery, and processes;
- Leading cultural change programs across operations, implementing safety policies and ensuring compliance with local regulations;
- Overseeing reporting systems for H&S statistics, providing management information and auditing safety arrangements;
- Coordinating safety training, including drills, and supervising occupational health services;
- Ensuring safety and compliance of sites, managing inspections, maintenance, and budget accountability.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You hold a master’s degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (or a related field) and are qualified as RSPP with at least five years of experience;
- You are experienced in health and safety roles and familiar with safety regulations, fire management, relevant schemes in QAS integrated systems;
- You are an excellent communicator and trainer, skilled in delivering safety programs and raising awareness;
- You are analytical, with the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and incident investigations;
- You are proficient in English and in Office tools;
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- You’re willing to travel
