**We are looking for an Assistant Buyer to join our team.**:
**What you will do**:
Follow buying activities:
analyzing stock,
writing orders,
reviewing details,
checking order confirmation and revising accordingly
Proactive product sourcing and merchandising assortment in conjunction with Buyers within sales trends and brand scouting
Regular Competitor analysis and feedback to team
Analyze weekly reports and work with Buyers to review risks and maximize opportunities
Web Merchandising and cross selling activities
Work with Graphic and Marketing team to co-ordinate actions in line with sales budgets and brand requirements

**Requirements for this role**:
Full proficiency in Italian and English (French or other language is a plus)
Good knowledge of Excel and Office Suite mandatory
AS400 knowledge is a plus
Understanding of sales, stock, profit and markdown key indicators
2 years of experience as assistant buyer or at least in fashion industry
E-commerce buying experience is a plus
Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve6 months/year travel availability
LocationWe are based in Florence and Milan, Italy.

This role can be performed in a hybrid form (office/remote).
