**The HR Intern**will be part of our dynamic organization**focusing on these key areas**:

- **
Support the recruitment processes (job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews)**
- ** Support the HR Team for initiatives and projects related to Talent Acquisition (new tool, new procedures)**
- ** Support in TA administrative tasks as CRM database management, reports**
- ** Collaborate with the HR team in several events, initiatives and projects**

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- ** Proactive and enthusiastic people, motivated to learn and develop their professional career in a multinational environment.**
- ** Bachelor Degree in**Business Administration, Economics**
- ** Fluent English**
- ** Previous experience in a Human Resource department is appreciated**
- ** Full - time availability is required**

**Duration: 6 months internship**

**Effective Date: March 2025**

**Location: Rome Office**
