The Learning and Development Specialist will be skilled in assessing learning needs, designing programs, and delivering training. In this role you will be collaborating with internal/external stakeholders for effective solutions.

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Analyzing learning needs, designs training solutions for Global Supply Chain, Project Execution, and Continuous Improvement.
- Managing learning activities, scheduling, delivery, tracking, and explore digital options for remote learning enhancement.
- Updating competency management digital infrastructure, communicate internal learning activities, and seek external benchmarks.
- Focusing on technical training for specific business functions, excluding leadership learning handled by HR.
- Overseeing trainers and coordinators for content delivery and logístical arrangements.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's from an accredited institution with proven experience in training design and delivery.
- Have exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Show demonstrated analytical prowess, organizational agility, and proactive entrepreneurial mindset in navigating complex, matrix organization.
- Be capable of leading moderate-impact activities, coordinating multiple projects, and influencing teams effectively.
- Be fluent in English and be able to read and write in Italian.
