We are looking for you as a
**HR Manager Italy (M/F/d)**: full time - unlimited

At juwi Italy, you'll be driving the energy revolution from different perspectives. We plan and implement solar energy projects throughout Italy and support the international juwi companies.

**Objectives**:

- The Human Resources Manager Italy (M/F/d) is responsible for managing all human resources functions; developing, implementing and managing all HR activities and ensuring that policies, plans and objectives are met resulting in continuous improvement in the performance of all activities and initiatives through interaction with the senior management / heads of departments and executives.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all HR related queries in Italy
- Supervising the recruitment process in the country and work actively together with the EMEA recruiter
- Work closely with the EMEA HR Managers and the Global HR Team
- Drafting and management of contracts and contractual obligations for local employment and international/regional secondments.
- Update, maintain and ensure conformity of HR policies & procedures in alignment with local regulations and JUWI Global HR Minimum standards.
- Responsible for headcount and personnel information update in HR systems and data folders.
- Refine HR requirements given by different departments and ensure conformity across departments
- Responsible for the HR reporting to the Head of HR EMEA
- Onboarding and Integration of new employees in the Italy
- Lead and actively participate in implementation of global /regional HR initiatives
- Manage and document annual target setting and achievement processes with managers in alignment with the global juwi target system and global bonus standard
- Steer and manage employee performance development / training development process
- Responsible for compensation & benefits and payroll administration of the country
- Responsible for maintaining the JUWI Italy homepage and social network pages

**Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes**:

- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Proficiency in IT software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with ability to learn new systems
- Able to handle personal and confidential information with discretion
