Junior Connectivity Support

**Job Description Summary**: The Junior Connectivity Specialist will support the Services Operations team in providing system installation and configuration support to clients and internal department. He will help the Connectivity leader to assure accurate code migration of new installation and upgrades.
**Key Responsibilities and essential functions include**:
- Support the Connectivity Leader in managing the entire process of medical system remote connection (Imaging, Ultrasound, HCIT, LCS)
- Learn how to provide technical remote support to internal and external customers
- Find all the useful information to customer on connectivity opportunities and services
- Help in managing and developing IT tools within service operations
- Support the Connectivity Leader in performing code migration of mainframe software changes to internal systems and externally to client sites
- Provide tool deliveries and upgrades.
- Document and track code errors to ensure fixed before customer delivery.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Degree in IT/telecommunication/electronic engineering or other related fields, or High Specialization Technical Diploma in IT
- Italian and English fluency
- Highly motivated team player
- Ability to communicate effectively to different stakeholders
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN (Virtual Private Network) solutions, IPSEC/SSL will be a preference caractheristcs
- Knowledge of medical standards (DIOM, HL7, IHE) will be a prerence caractheristcs
**We offer an Apprenticeship contract of 30 months. Apprentice contract are available for people below 30 years old.**
