As a Corporate Development Manager at CNH Industrial, you will work in a high performing and dynamic corporate development team that drive the future strategy of leading Agricultural brands.
In shaping the future of our business, you will support the Project Management of inorganic initiatives through, Strategic Alliances, OEM Ventures and Mergers & Acquisitions processes.
You will get the opportunity to work with a variety of diverse and global businesses and markets within the Agriculture Segment and supporting functions across the world.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop project road maps ensuring on time delivery
- Identify roadblocks and propose solutions
- Support in ensuring alignment of functions and partners
- Prepare project updates
- Develop competitive analysis along with relevant functions
- Manage directly the relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Structure the project Management process to ensure a timely and quality response
- Support the development of the Business Case with Finance leading the inputs collection and rationale validation from the different functions involved (R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial )
- In alignment with legal team, support in negotiating the various agreements with identified partners and drive issue resolution with internal functions

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering or relevant professional experience. MBA Preferred but not required
- Project Management Skills, with experience in Marketing, Finance or Business Development
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently
- Strategic and Creative thinker to overcome adversities
- Overachiever and ambitious and results oriented
