**Hangar Design Group is looking**for a motivated Digital Account Manager to join the international**team in the Milan office.**:**DESCRIPTION**:
The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing digital marketing and communication projects. He/she will deal with the relationship with clients on a daily basis, supervising the work of the staff on the specific projects he/she will be in charge of following.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Understand and respond promptly to customer requests and expectations
- Actively build digital strategies and content for clients
- Receive briefs and debriefs, and coordinate work
- Develop proposals, presentations, quotes, marketing plans and time lines
- Write and manage quotes and contracts
- Review drafts and materials to determine consistency with the brief received
- Present concepts and creative ideas related to digital projects
- Coordinate the creative, social and web team, in collaboration with the Creative Director and department heads

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Excellent knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written)
- Good presentation skills for digital projects
- Excellent understanding of design, branding and digital issues
- Knowledge of social media and digital advertising channels
- Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities
- Confidence in dealing with clients and good relationship building and management skills
- Knowledge of the dynamics of investing in digital advertising and business methods of budgeting and forecasting

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Knowledge of Adobe package (in particular Photoshop and Indesign)
- Previous agency experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Problem-solving and creativity
