Italdesign is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Vehicle Type Approval & Homologation Specialist, who will be employed in Vehicle/System/Components Type Approval.

Moncalieri, Italia - Engineering

S/He will be part of the Vehicle Verification and Validation Department of Italdesign, being responsible to reach the targets of the assigned field of development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define Type Approval Plans;
- Ensure cooperation with Technical Services;
- Represent IDG in contact with Ministry of Transportation, when needed;
- Evaluate and define Approval processes based on Project specifications;
- Execute tasks in coordination with Approval Responsible, in respect to Group, Internal and External Customers;
- Analysis and discussion on new upcoming regulations of all markets.

**Requirements**:
Key requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in homologation field / in the regulations analysis;
- Previous experience in transportation field (automotive is a plus);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Sense of responsibility and integrity;
- Ability to work to a very high level of accuracy and detail;
- Leadership and clear sense of direction;
- Negotiation skills;
- Oral and written communication skills;
- Interpersonal skills to build strong contacts with all the different project teams;
- Problem solving ability in cross-functional and multi-cultural environment; able to define problems, collect relevant data, extract meaning from data, and draw valid conclusions;
- Analytical skills and data processing;
- Ability to effectively communicate timelines and project progress with both internal and external management teams;
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and work within a diverse team.

Preferential requirements
- Good knowledge of Jira software;
- Independent and structured way of working;
- High reliability;
- Flexible and hardworking.

Other Informations

Additional Information

Education: Master’s degree in Management, Aerospace, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or equivalent;

Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated.
