Legal Intern

The TEA TEK GROUP is looking for a LEGAL INTERN.

TEA TEK is a multinational company that works in the main sectors of Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energy.

JOB OPPORTUNITY: You will be part of the Legal Department and will assist the legal, corporate and claims activities.

In details, you’ll be involved in the following activities:

- supporting the department in drafting and reviewing different kinds of contracts (amongst which NDAs, EPC agreements, supply, services, sponsorship, sale and distribution agreements);
- providing assistance in legal advice on day-to-day matters related to civil, commercial, corporate and intellectual property law;
- assisting in the management of corporate activities of the italian group companies (organization the BoD and Shareholders’ meetings and drafting of minutes, reviewing the relevant resolutions, overseeing compliance with the 231/2001 model).

The following key requirements are essential:

- Law Degree;
- previous similar role in a Legal area or in a top-tier law firm;
- post-graduate course in Company law;
- proficiency level in English.

- Well-organized and positive attitude;
- determined to work in the legal department of a dynamic and internationally focused company.

We offer a six-month, full-time internship contract aimed at placement.
