Per una nota azienda cliente, operante nel settore dell'efficientamento energetico e delle energie rinnovabili, ricerchiamo un/una **Project Manager.**
- Creare e gestire piani di progetto in linea con le risorse disponibili, il budget approvato e le scadenze prefissate.
- Definire e aggiornare il cronoprogramma in collaborazione con tutte le parti interessate.
- Coordinare progettisti, team di acquisti, subappaltatori, responsabili della sicurezza e squadre operative di cantiere, assicurando un flusso di lavoro armonioso.
- Monitorare costantemente lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti, identificando eventuali criticità e implementando soluzioni tempestive.
- Garantire la consegna puntuale del progetto e il completamento del collaudo.
- Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di progetti complessi.
- Eccellenti competenze di leadership e capacità di coordinare team multidisciplinari.
- Spiccate doti comunicative, necessarie per interfacciarsi con stakeholder interni ed esterni.
- Abilità nel problem solving e capacità di gestire situazioni critiche.
- Forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di gestione di budget.
