**Posizione**:
Per il nostro store **Eataly Firenze**stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire **full-time 40h**nel ruolo di **Junior Event Specialist**. La figura sarà inserita all’interno del team Eventi & Didattica, e si occuperà delle attività di gestione, organizzazione e implementazione di tutti gli eventi e corsi organizzati in store.

**Nello specifico le attività di cui dovrà occuparsi sono**:

- Gestione e ideazione di tutte le fasi organizzative degli eventi/corsi sul territorio: definizione palinsesto, definizione del concept, contatto con la clientela ed eventuali prospects, stesura di budget e preventivi, contatto con i fornitori interni ed esterni;
- Gestione dei rapporti di co-marketing o partnership con enti terzi finalizzati ad incrementare l’attrattività del negozio come luogo di interesse e per l’organizzazione di attività di promozione del Brand nel territorio;
- Gestione delle relazioni con istituti ed enti pubblici finalizzati al corretto svolgimento di eventi o attivazioni di negozio (SIAE, Comune, Associazioni ecc);
- Allestimento e presidio durante l’erogazione dell’evento/corso, supervisionandone il flow e garantendone il corretto svolgimento.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa in ambito di organizzazione eventi;
- Passione per il settore enogastronomico italiano;
- Ottime capacità organizzative;
- Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico e buone capacità relazionali;
- Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare nel weekend;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
