_Azienda attiva nella realizzazione, esecuzione e manutenzione di impianti idraulici, meccanici, elettrica, civili in forte crescita con sede sia a Cassina de’ Pecchi (MI) che a Sarnico (BG) è alla ricerca di un RESPONSABILE COMMESSA da inserire nel proprio organico, per cantieri su Milano e provincia._
- Mansioni / capacità richiesta dalla risorsa:_
- Gestire rapporti e aspetti tecnico-economici con il Cliente e con il Capo Cantiere._
- Produrre la contabilità di cantiere comprese le varianti tecnico-economiche lato cliente e lato fornitore._
- Gestire i contenzioni, la redazione dei SAL attivi e passivi, controllare e valutare i bilanci consuntivi e periodici e predisporre la redazione dell'aggiornamento delle previsione dei costi a finire della commessa._
- La figura sarà responsabile della gestione dei progetti dall'inizio alla fine garantendone la sicurezza, la qualità e soprattutto la soddisfazione del cliente._
- Requisiti:_
- _Esperienza maturata nel settore e nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni;_
- _Diploma/Laurea in materie tecniche_
- _Ottima conoscenza dell’impiantistica meccanica/idraulica;_
- _Ottime capacità di organizzazione del personale di cantiere;_
- Dimestichezza con strumenti di progettazione AUTOCAD._
- Patente B_
- RAL: 60.000_

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
