The Health, Safety and Environmental Manager is responsible for all HSE compliance aspects of a 24/7 operation of product manufacturing plant and team
In addition, together with the Radiation Safety Officer, is responsible for building up the culture of HSE and radioprotection

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead the creation of an injury-free work environment that protects employees from hazards including radiation exposure using a strong hierarchy of controls.
- Drive the implementation and execution of the EHS roadmap defined by AAA, within the manufacturing, TRD organizations at Ivrea Site and support R&D, working closely with all functions and broader AAA organization
- Planning safe working practices and making necessary changes and regular site inspections
- Assist in all aspects of incident investigation including verifying root cause and approving the implementation of preventative actions
- Ensure that Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained, and communicated to employees
- Ensure that an adequate program of training for health and safety is established and that the safety culture is encouraged amongst employees.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Education: Degree in industrial hygiene, health and safety, engineering, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Languages: Proficient in Italian and English (writing, reading and speaking)
- 5+ years of proven experience in HSE management systems
- Significant experience building an injury and error-free culture with advanced knowledge of multiple compliance areas (Machinery Directive, ADR/ IATA, Nulla Osta, etc.)
- Proven experience of radiation safety is a plus
