The Leader Technology Quality and Compliance - Strategy, Operations, and Innovation is responsible for defining internal standards and practices to move the organization towards proactive risk management utilizing extensive knowledge of current and emerging best practices in quality risk management, quality engineering, and technology.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Owning, managing, and coordinating operational analytics to support the TQ&C strategy, including gathering, analyzing, reporting metrics, and facilitating the corresponding review meetings with various levels of leadership, serving as a single point of contact and process owner for the definition of analytics framework, data collection, and operational reporting across TQ&C
- Managing the strategic planning and transformation processes, tools, and metrics including portfolio management, intake, resource management, TQ&C suppliers management, and customer satisfaction process and follow-ups
- Managing the TQ&C organization framework and operating procedures, working instructions, and templates owned by TQ&C
- Providing leadership in establishing data and security controls requirements for GxP systems in collaboration with other technology and quality teams developing and deploying a strategy and framework for ‘Data and security controls’ for all GxP systems within the TQ&C scope, including monitoring process, integration with QMS, timely reporting, and remediation of data and security controls deviations if any
- Establishing, implementing, and managing a TQ&C innovation roadmap, framework, and streamlined approach for the innovation lifecycle from ideation to experiment partnering within TQ&C, and other innovation teams across the organization

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or another related field is required; relevant experience may be substituted when appropriate
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive industry experience, with direct experience in Computerized System Validation (CSV) in GxP environments
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Computer Systems Validation

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of PMO, SDLC, Testing, GAMP 5, and ITIL frameworks
- Working knowledge of data analytics and insights
- Ability to perform work with a high degree of independence in terms of self-management of a variety of tasks and initiatives regarding quality and validation
- Solution-oriented and always striving for new ways to accomplish goals and pragmatic advising ensuring compliance in a cost-effective and risk-based manner
- Ability to work effectively in a global, virtual team environment and is comfortable facilitating and communicating key messages and presentations to various cross-functional groups to gain support or drive decision making
