- Provide legal counsel and guidance to management on strategies and solutions to anticipated and identified legal, regulatory and/or compliance issues of concern
- Represent or support the representation of the organization to minimize legal, compliance and regulatory risk by resolving issues and ensuring adherence to business and legal standards
- Draft, review and approve policies, procedures, contracts and related documents for business operations
- Develop and implement business resiliency programs that prepare and respond to business continuity events and threats impacting MMC’s operations and colleague safety
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and provide advice, reporting and services on a variety of legal, compliance, regulatory and contractual matters
- Research, investigate and respond to regulatory developments and current and potential legal activities
- Assist in developing and implementing security, health and safety related risk mitigation strategies and programs. What you need to have?
- Master Degree in Law;
- Previous experience (3/5 years) in legal and/or compliance office;
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). What makes you stand out?
