Amber Electrical Integration Leader

**Job Description Summary**: The Electrical Integration Leader is an exciting opportunity to drive the electrical integration of a technology demonstrator. The Electrical Integration Leader will join the AMBER Systems team within the Advanced Technology Operations section. AMBER is the new hybrid-electric technology demonstration program that will integrate the Catalyst engine with electrical power from fuel cells.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Lead the Electrical integration of the system concept and the test vehicles ensuring the network is properly integrated
- Be responsible for the Electrical interfaces of all the different systems and components
- Own the integrated Electrical systems integration plan/schedule evolution that meets the program timeline and objectives
- Define the system test activities to be performed to validate the integration of the electrical components in the architecture
- Ensure the congruence of the development of the different electrical modules that form the propulsion system working across different sites and organizations
- Work with the AMBER Systems organization to ensure the program meets the execution and technical objectives defined on time and budget
- Contribute to the definition and completeness of the requirements for the program and system specification, defining and flowing down electrical system requirements
- Contribute to the technologies and maturation roadmap of AMBER
- Lead and support technical and program reviews
- Present the results and findings to wide audiences from technical experts to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with best practices and processes
- Ensure proper documentation of all work

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Significant experience on Electrical systems integration and a variety of technical disciplines related to electrical machines and components
- Experience with electrical machines, power electronics, high voltage and low voltage electrical networks and their integration and testing
- Experience in Product Development of complex products/systems in very early phases from conceptual level through New Product Introduction phase
- Familiarity with Research and Technology development processes
- Degree in Engineering from an accredited University
- Fluency in English
- Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required
