Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a **Pricing Analyst**to join our **Marketing Team**. This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing pricing strategies and driving business growth through market analysis and strategic data insights.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Pricing Analyst reporting to the Marketing Strategic Director, you will:

- Analyze price lists and profit margins by product, customer, and geographic area
- Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends
- Support the development of pricing and promotional strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Department, Application Engineering Team, and international subsidiaries to ensure consistency and effectiveness in pricing policies
- Develop pricing simulation models and scenario analyses
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Marketing Team and senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or Management Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within manufacturing environments related to hydraulic components or agriculture
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good command of English
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
