Do you want to be part of the biggest revolution underway in the world of work? We are looking for the right person to expand our **Business transformation **team in **Turin**. You will join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and impact of its innovative projects.
You will be involved in key disruption projects for large Italian and international clients, liaising directly with senior management of companies at the top of their sector.
Specifically, you will be challenged with:
- rethinking **working models** for the main business functions (finance, HR, procurement, IT and supply chain) from organisational and operating angles, with the goal of implementing models to improve company performance in line with business strategies;
- guiding **organisational re-design and process re-engineering** projects via change management processes, providing the tools to implement the changes and unleash their full potential so they are an integral part of the transformation;
- assessing the expected impacts and benefits of the initiatives implemented, monitoring **pre
- and post-transformation performance **and rolling out plans to address the gaps identified.
- a master’s degree in engineering management or business management, with excellent results;
- leadership in coordinating teams and in client management;
- an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.
