Plant Controlling Manager

**Job Summary**:
**2. Responsibilities**
- Monthly forecast cycle: actual analysis, bottom-up forecast and stakeholder communication.
- Month-end closing activities, such as: account reconciliation, journal entry preparation and management reporting.
- Ensure financial procedures are being followed consistently.
- Recommend and support implementation of process improvements.
- Validate monthly product costing.
- Contribute to capital investment projects.
- Lead and improve the yearly budget process.
- Ad hoc analysis requests from SC Finance Business Partners.
- Act as a financial advisor to plant management providing relevant financial reports and analysis to assist business decision making
- Establish and implement as required policies and procedures following accepted US GAAP, Local GAAP and company concepts and standards
- Liaise with external authorities concerning the Company's interests such as Auditors

**3. Job Requirements**
- Qualified / part qualified accountant with 3 years+ practical manufacturing finance experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Provide leadership and management to a team of staff for successful departmental performance
- Fluent, spoken and written, in English
- Excellent Excel skills and good knowledge of full Office package
- ERP system experience (preferably SAP)
- Experience of working for a US owned business - desirable
