**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Lead product development initiatives and manage product life cycles.
- Coordinate with Amazon for sales and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.

**Qualifications**:
Must Haves:

- Proven experience in operations management within the health/supplements industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and product development processes.
- Experience with Amazon sales and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Haves:

- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
- Familiarity with direct response marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
