**Job Description**:
Consumer Panel is a permanent tracking that allows FMCG clients and retailers to have a complete understanding of Shopper behavior. With Consumer Panel data it is possible to deep dive Consumer and Shopper knowledge, categories and brands performance drivers, diagnosis of purchase behavior and trends.

We are currently seeking a Consultant & Market Analyst who will be a part of the Classic Clients (clients with strong presence of their business in Italy) team in Consumer Panel. The role combines aspects of client account management, as well as market research analysis. This includes data analysis and interpretation, prompt response to client queries and client management.

As a Consumer Panel Consultant at GfK you will have the following key accountabilities:

- Service for FMCG clients based in Italy
- Preparation of presentation with conclusions and recommendations for the Clients and consequent presentation
- Building long-term relationships with Clients by offering and delivering relevant data and tools tailored to the specific needs to support business decisions
- Development of business with Clients and potential Clients by offering solutions tailored to the needs independently identified by the Clients
- Preparation of sales offers in line with GfK Guidelines and active sales self-driven
- Close cooperation with Project Execution Team in the preparation of analyses
- In the medium - long run representing the company in front of the Client as well as at industry meetings

Skills, qualifications and experience
- Ideally 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to think analytically and analyze data and derive operational recommendations
- Ability to present the results of analysis / project to the Client and to conduct meetings
- Proven skills within the areas of effective communication and presentation
- Can do attitude and curiosity
- Native/ Bilingual Italian
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least B2)
- Good knowledge of preparing sheets in MS Excel and presentations in MS Power Point
- Preferred higher education (Economics, Marketing, Management, Sociology, Psychology, Quantitative Methods)
- Willingness to develop and grow in the field of market research, constant improvement of the tool workshop
- Self-reliance, responsibility, ability to work in a team
- Interest in the FMCG industry or work experience in research agency will be an additional advantage
