R&D Scientist Product Development Body Care
- MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the NPD process by developing / formulating internally body care prototypes (in accordance with manager strategy) including batching, stability testing, coordinate microbiology, safety, compatibility and claims testing,following internal COTY procedures (respecting timing, Beauty That Lasts Program and BCP score)
- Manage the inventory of packaging and raw materials
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized lab workspace, following lab procedures.
- Participate to Industrial scale up in collaboration with the manager, IC/QA design/Factory/R&D pack.
- Interact internally with R&D Pack, Marketing, Procurement, Initiative Leader, PMD, VP, QA Design, RAPIC teams, manufacturing sites
- Participate to suppliers’ meetings, webinars, workshops
- Deal with various IT systems linked to product development (SAPRD, AS400, PC Nodes.)
- Use solid scientific approaches for rapid problem definition

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS or EXPERIENCE EQUIVALENT
- Mini 1 year in cosmetic formulation development Master’s degree in cosmetic formulation
