**Job Title**: Lead Generation Specialist
**Company**: US-Based IT Consulting & MSP Companies
**Hours**: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Weekends Off)
**Compensation**: $1,000 per month + Commission (Negotiable)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **cold calling strategies** to generate new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain **relationships with prospects** through various lead generation methods.
- Proactively **identify and qualify leads**, ensuring they meet the company's target criteria.
- Nurture early-stage prospects to build a strong **pipeline of future opportunities**.
- Meet or exceed **lead generation quotas** through consistent prospecting activity.
- Maintain accurate records of key business intelligence, including **decision-makers and influencers** within organizations.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven ability to cold call**, prospect, and convert outreach into scheduled meetings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to **develop and maintain business relationships** with key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in **IT services or professional services sales** is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent job experience).
- ** Experience**: 2-5 years of **B2B sales experience** with a proven track record in lead generation or inside sales.
- ** Strong ability** to access and secure meetings with key decision-makers.
