e-work SpA, HR Executive Branch, sta cercando per una nota cloud marketing company, operante negli ambiti del Digital Marketing, del Tech e dell'e-commerce, un/a **Content Marketing Strategy** Alla risorsa spetterà il compito di definire e supervisionare diversi progetti di content marketing integrati su tre 3 aree di business: Content, Social Strategy e Delivery, Creator e Influencer Marketing. Inoltre, la risorsa sarà responsabile di un team dedicato, agendo come supporto frontale per clienti strategici e stakeholder interni. **Attività principali**: - Sviluppo strategico rivolto al cliente su attività e progetti chiave; - Sviluppo del business, pitch e iniziative interne; - Definire e implementare un approccio alla strategia dei contenuti, in termini di metodologia, strumenti e posizionamento; - Progettazione e presentazione di strategie di contenuto a clienti, partner e team multidisciplinari interni; - Collaborare nel costruire una unica strategia integrata Media Creatività e Dati, consolidando l'integrazione e promuovendo la collaborazione sia internamente che con gli stakeholder esterni (con visione, contaminazione, workshop...); - Essere responsabile dell'organizzazione del proprio team, lavorando attivamente alla crescita dello stesso e istituendo la migliore organizzazione del lavoro e dei task; - Agire come un "connettore" in grado di combinare diversi input provenienti dai diversi team dell'agenzia o dai clienti (media, digitale, creatività, misurazione, influencer, contenuti di Brand, ecc.); - Essere in grado di spingere il content marketing e l'agenda dell'innovazione applicata oltre le aspettative del cliente e del team. **Requisiti**: - Esperienza di almeno 8 anni maturata in contenuti e strategia digitale, social, creator e influencer Marketing; - Esperienza maturata in agenzia social / digitale/Media; - Capacità di integrare e sviluppare progetti di contenuti con publisher esterni adattandoli alle esigenze dei clienti: content e media; - Conoscenza del settore e delle sue tendenze: AI generative content, Dynamic Creative Optimization, Branded content; - Esperienza nell'uso di piattaforme di analytics social, sentiment analysis e target planning; - Esperienza nell'organizzazione e nella gestione di un team; - Un solido background che include dati, digitale, esperienze di contenuto, giochi, innovazione applicata, tendenze emergenti e creatività; - Capacità avanzata di comprensione, ascolto e scrittura dell'inglese. **Sede di lavoro**: Milano **Modalità di lavoro**: Flessibile **Orario di lavoro**:Full - time L'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta all'uno e all'altro sesso in ottemperanza al D.Lgs. 198/2006.
