JOB MISSION:
New Balance is looking for a Marketing Associate to join on a 1 year full time contract, with the possibility to extend the contract period. We offer global sports brand experience and a great dynamic working environment.

The Marketing Associate - Running, is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing deliverables. This includes best in class Sports marketing, Event & Trade activation.

**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Develop Running Event activation in collaboration with partners and retailers
- Manage ordering service for athletes and events, assisting with additional administrative tasks
- Serve as product knowledge expert
- Act as expert of the Running environment
- Support the marketing asset creation process
- Assist in the execution of additional Marketing initiatives as needed

**REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent and relevant experience in marketing, preferably sports marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage relationships with business partners both internally and externally
- Willing to travel to events within Italy
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, task-driven and organized
- Embodies a growth mindset; willing to learn, accept new challenges and be a team player
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations, Photoshop and ideally Illustrator
- Passion for sport, style, trends and marketing insights
