Il nostro Partner in questo progetto di ricerca è un'Azienda multinazionale di produzione di carta per l'igiene personale con sede a Lucca.

In ottica di maggiore strutturazione dell'area Finance si valuta l'inserimento di un Financial Controller/Mill Controller.

Purpose of the role: Enables the mill management to make decisions based on accurate and timely facts and figures. Ensures transparency to all group, BU and mill functions, based on common definitions and analysis.

Individual Accountabilities:

- Manages calculation of manufacturing costs of the mill, supports and challenges mill leadership team with accurate facts and figures for decision making. Creates awareness on mill cost base by using benchmarks.
- Maintains and updates manufacturing costs of the mill (local standards). Defines adequate cost accounting for standard costs, in line with group and local standards.
- Provides transparency on mill performance (CoGS, mill P&L, etc.) and acts pro actively as business partner to the mill management through reports, analyses, interpretations and recommendations of corrective measures, including follow-up
- Responsible for mill reporting and planning processes, in line with group standards (such as IBP, GAP closing, CIP) and reporting into functions, business units and mill
- Providing manufacturing finance input into the OSR and liaising with production, supply chain to ensure that the resulting 18mths rolling FC accurately reflects latest assumptions and most likely outcome.
- Make transparent quality of BOMs, routings and manufacturing accounting on basis of standard quality reports provided by group finance. Oversees, but does not own, the respective calculation and maintenance.
- Supports and valuates mill projects (OPEX and CAPEX) with standardized Controlling tools, cash planning and accounting.
- Support month and year end closing, oversee material movements within the mill, supports inventory valuation.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:
**Requirements**:
Master Degree in Economics or related fields;
Experience in the role at least of 4/5 years.
