Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe. **Your role**:We are looking for an empowering Head of Medical Affairs In this role you will Coordinate the management of all medical-scientific aspects of the specific TA, through the supervision of clinical studies related to applicable products, the verification of the scientific correctness of the approach and the medical communication of the TA to the outside, the handling of relations with opinion leaders in compliance with the guidelines provided by your supervisor and international and national guidelines, as well as the Code of Conduct and Ethical Procedures, Farmindustria guidelines, internal procedures, and current applicable legislation. You will ensure the scientific nature and ethics of all marketing initiatives implemented for the specific TA. You will also coordinate and look after the Medical Advisor and Medical Science Liaison. **Who you are**: - Do you have a degree in Medicine with specialization in Gynecology, Endocrinology or Internal Medicine? - Proficiency both in English and in local language - 2-5 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Medical Affairs or Medical-Marketing positions - In-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the Italian pharmaceutical sector (registration, regulatory, safety, promotion) - Awareness of the main players in the same sector and of the specialist hospital setting - Ability in the management of human and economic resources **What we offer**: With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
