PagoPA S.p.A. è alla ricerca di **Junior Compliance Counsel **da inserire nel Dipartimento Compliance, Risk & Corporate Governance. La risorsa sarà chiamata a contribuire alle funzioni svolte dal Dipartimento di analisi, valutazione e gestione dei rischi (con particolare riferimento ai rischi _compliance_) sottesi alle attività svolte dalla Società e di consolidamento del sistema di corporate governance e dei controlli interni.

**Responsabilità**:
Le principali responsabilità del/della _Junior Compliance Counsel _includono:

- Supportare le attività di analisi degli impatti connessi alle normative applicabili alla Società, con specifico riferimento ai rischi compliance;
- contribuire al consolidamento del sistema di corporate governance, incluso il monitoraggio del sistema di deleghe e poteri, la gestione degli affari societari e delle attività di segreteria técnica;
- contribuire alla costituzione e alla gestione di compliance programs e di un modello di risk management improntato ai principi ERM;
- supportare il Dipartimento Compliance, Risk & Corporate Governance nelle analisi di rischio, valutazione e gestione dei rischi, con particolare riferimento alla responsabilità da reato degli enti ex d.lgs. 231/2001; richieste dalle altre strutture aziendali;
- supportare il processo di revisione e aggiornamento della normativa interna (regolamenti, procedure, ecc.).

**Requisiti minimi (personali e professionali)**:

- Almeno 1 anno di comprovata esperienza in ambito Compliance & Risk Management;
- conoscenza del d.lgs. 231/2001 e dei principi di risk management;
- conoscenza di modelli e sistemi di corporate governance;
- buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- buon livello di inglese scritto e parlato.

Completano il profilo:

- Capacità di adattarsi ad un ambiente dinamico;
- buone doti comunicative, interpersonali e analitiche;
- capacità di comunicare chiaramente concetti complessi.

**Requisito preferenziale**:

- Conseguimento di un Master di I° livello in ambito di Risk Management & Compliance;
- residenza a Roma o zone limitrofe.
