- Ensures timely, cost-effective, and reliable transportation of goods across the Europe. Translates supply plans into efficient transport execution while collaborating closely with warehouses, carriers, and customer service teams.

Your core responsibilities at a glance**:

- Plan and schedule transportation activities in line with supply and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Optimize transport routes, loads, and cost while maintaining high service levels.
- Monitor transport performance and resolve exceptions or delays proactively.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance including creation of export/import instructions as needed per country-specific flows.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to transport-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Support sustainability goals by optimizing CO₂ emissions and transport model-

- The ideal recipe for our new Transport Planner:

- **Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in English
- Transport Management Systems (TMS), e.g., SAP TM, Oracle Transport Management
- Excel and transport tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of European transport operations and incoterms.
- Familiarity with shipment documentation and compliance, including export declarations, T1/T2 documentation, CMRs, and packing lists.
- Knowledge of transport cost structures and carrier performance metrics.
- Experience coordinating with external logistics provider-
