**The Role**

As a Security Specialist focusing on TrendMicro and Thales tools, you will be an integral part of our cybersecurity team, dedicated to protecting our client's critical infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing, managing, and optimizing security solutions using TrendMicro and Thales technologies to safeguard against cyber threats.

In this role, you will actively engage in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security risks. You will leverage TrendMicro's advanced threat detection capabilities and Thales' encryption and key management solutions to ensure robust protection of sensitive data and systems. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and maintaining security policies, conducting vulnerability assessments, and responding to security incidents.

**Who You Are**

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. **Required Skills and Experience**
- 1 year of experience as an IT Specialist, preferably in a managed services environment.
- Experience with TrendMicro, Thales, and QRadar.
- Expertise in network, host, and cloud-based security, attack techniques, analysis, and investigation.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields.
- Experience with QRadar
- Preferred Certifications in Cyber Security: Thales CipherTrust Data Security Platform (DSP) Professional Certification; Trend Micro Certified Professional; IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Guardium, CompTIA Security+ and other specialized security analyst certifications.
