Potrai mettere in luce le tue qualità di leader e guidare il tuo team nella realizzazione di progetti che aiutino i nostri clienti a raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita e far crescere i loro brand con soluzioni ad hoc. Lavorerai nella nostra sede di Milano ma anche da casa bilanciando le esigenze lavorative con quelle personali. Perché in CPM Italy siamo convinti che i tuoi risultati passino anche attraverso la qualità della tua vita. **Quali sono i task di un Client Service Director?** Il tuo ruolo consiste nella progettazione e successiva supervisione di progetti di Field Marketing che mescolano strategie di vendita, marketing e customer experience con lo scopo di influenzare l’intera customer journey. Il Client Service Director si occupa della gestione e dello sviluppo di un portfolio di clienti che supporta durante tutte le fasi del progetto e di cui è il contatto principale. I settori merceologici dei nostri clienti variano e spaziano dal mass market all’elettronica di consumo, dai servizi finanziari all’entertainment fino all’industria della moda. I principali task sono i seguenti: - Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business; - Costruire relazioni solide e durature con i propri clienti; - Allocare e gestire il budget per ognuno di essi; - Supportare e motivare team di Manager, Executive e Data Analyst. **Requisiti**: Per diventare Client Service Director è richiesta una solida esperienza in ambito Marketing e Vendite, Field o Trade Marketing. Aver gestito dei clienti in passato è importante ma lo è molto di più la capacità di gestire le persone e di fare squadra. L’inglese è una fondamentale competenza per poter completare il ruolo e il suo lato internazionale.
