At Starhotels we are all thrilled for the new opening of the **Teatro Luxury Apartments**, in the heart of **Florence**, in **Summer 2025**.

As **Booking Agent**, you’ll be the main contact for apartments’ reservations and you will sponsor our property to the guest and invite them to choose us for their stay.

Your responsibilities include:

- Mastering the art of efficient phone conversations.
- Utilizing finesse in sales techniques, giving suggestions throughout the reservation process.
- Turning inquiries into successful contracted business deals.
- Identifying and pursuing promising sales leads with precision and enthusiasm.
- Responding to all guests in a professional yet approachable tone assuring all reservations are completed and comply with the expectations of our guests.
- Delivering prompt and efficient service that maintains the highest standards while adding a touch of warmth.
- A passionate commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell apartments, packages, or add-on services to guests during the reservation process.
- Maintain complete knowledge of apartments’ availability day by day, of hotel facilities and services, as well as specific arrangements between the property and companies/travel agencies.
- Efficient follow up all enquiries to ensure conversion
- Issuing of contracts and ensure cancellation policies are followed and deposits are processed correctly
- Anticipate guest needs maintaining a positive relationship during all steps of the reservations.
- Complete the daily task list including but not limited to: checking all reservations, direct and online, regularly to ensure rates, nights, billing instructions are correctly entered; ensure the deposits are correctly processed; in case of groups, checking the group status and when confirmed, follow up to clarify any details (arrival time-porterage-special requests etc.), enter the rooming list.
- Support the Senior Management with daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Exceed expectations revealing:

- A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi task and priorities.
- Knowledge in rental agreements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- +2 years’ experience as Booking Agent preferably in luxury serviced apartments.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge of Opera and OTA’s extranets.
