**This position reports to**:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide assistance in the development and execution of the Planning & Fulfillment processes, skills and tools, aiming at improving on-going projects’ quality in production sites, warehouses, suppliers and 3PL. Each day you will perform detailed evaluations for Planning & Fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization), and proposal of alternative solutions to achieve targets levels of service quality and operational efficiency. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Installation Products Division within Electrification Business Area in Sesto San Giovanni (MI). You will be mainly accountable for: - Reviewing technical documents and bill of material of finished product as well as components. - Calculating and maintaining inventory parameters in SAP ERP: safety stock, lot size, lead-time. - Managing purchase orders backlog and daily follow-ups with external suppliers. - Identifying root causes of delays and leading recovery plans and long-term improvement initiatives. - Onboarding suppliers and continuous monitor such as KPI, compliance and declaration. - Implementing best practices and related procedures.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You have 2 years of professional experience in related functions such as procurement, warehousing, planning, logistics or export.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP as well as advanced MS-Excel skills.
- You are at ease communicating in English language, both written and spoken.
- You are passionate about collaborative and solution-focused approaches and strong written and spoken communication skills
- You have good track of problem solving and analytic achievements
