NH Hotel Group part of Minor Hotels is looking for a Central Region Maintenance Manager. **CENTRAL REGION MAINTENANCE MANAGER**: The position will report hierarchically to the Director of Engineering of the Business Unit. **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical ) or equivalent **Specific Knowledge**: Knowledge and expertise in the maintenance of building facilities is required, as well as notions in the calculation and design of them. Facilities include electrical installations, heating and cooling production plants, air conditioning, plumbing, regulation and control systems, etc. Knowledge of the regulations applicable to the described systems. Good knowledge of the energy efficiency field and state-of-the-art technologies to produce energy savings. Good knowledge of the energy sector and how energy trading works. Knowledge of the Facility Management field is a plus. High English level. Other languages will also be taken into consideration. Advanced computer skills (Office programs and AutoCAD) **Work Experience**: At least 5 years working in similar roles. **Main Functions**: Manage and coordinate the external maintenance companies of the assigned hotels and of the Business Unit Central Offices. Coordinate the maintenance team of every hotel under your responsibility. Offer technical support to the Maintenance Managers of the hotels when solving incidents, in order to ensure a better performance of the equipment and the facilities, carrying out the most efficient measures. Analyze the investment proposals for the installations of the hotels under the area of your responsibility (elevators, HVAC, generators, etc), analysis of information about suppliers, request for tenders, negotiation, invoicing control and implementation monitoring. Control and monitor the energy consumption in order to identify possible deviations from the expected and its cause. Define execution plans to optimize the consumption and the energy savings. Supervise the implementation and evolution of the measures defined in the maintenance books of the assigned hotels (e.g.: legionella, etc.). Follow the construction work and the installation of the equipment during the openings of new hotels, supervising the facilities and coordinating measures with the property and the installation company in order to meet the deadlines and also to ensure the quality and performance of the contracted equipment. Assume the environmental responsibilities assigned by your immediate superior, taking care of learning the environmental management system of NH Hotels and participate proactively in improvement action programs and suggestions. **Required Profile**: Technical Profile Planning / Working discipline Analysis Capacity Focused on results "Question of detail" Teamwork NH Hotel Group is committed to the principle of equal opportunity and nondiscrimination in the management of their selection processes.
