Gruppo multinazionale leader nel settore food, con sede a Roma, in forte espansione sui mercati nazionale e internazionale, alla ricerca di una figura da inserire con il ruolo di Quality Manager.
**Posizione**:
La figura, inserita con il ruolo di Quality Manager, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Gestisce e coordina il Sistema Qualità;
- Partecipa alla definizione della struttura organizzativa, procedure aziendali e metodologie operative ai fini della qualità;
- Gestisce procedure e adempimenti qualità;
- Organizza le riunioni di Riesame e le Verifiche Ispettive;
- Analizza non conformità prodotto/processo e definisce le azioni correttive;
- Pianifica, organizza, gestisce le azioni per il miglioramento continuo della qualità;
- Gestisce le relazioni con Enti di Certificazione Gestisce e coordina il Sistema Sicurezza;
- Progetta procedure e misure per la gestione della sicurezza nel rispetto della normativa;
- Assicura, attraverso audit, un adeguato controllo riguardo alla sicurezza e alla salute sui luoghi di lavoro;
- Gestisce i rapporti con gli enti di controllo esterni e interni;
- Controlla il rispetto delle normative e l’applicazione delle procedure/misure in materia di Sicurezza.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Biologia, chimica, ingegneria o equipollenti;
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel;
- Solido background sulla qualità alimentare e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro;
- Capacità di svolgere le proprie attività in autonomia;
- Personalità determinata, tenace, dinamica, flessibile e con ottime capacità relazionali;
- Predisposizione a lavorare in PMI a conduzione familiare;
- Attitudine al cambiamento e proattività nel proporre soluzione e nuove modalità operative.
