What you will do

Lead cost analysis and budget
- Cost analysis on new projects (product, processes & technologies, footprint) to support business decisions (from Marketing, Procurement, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing and Leadership)
- Identification and proposal of cost reduction & optimization ideas
- Estimates of new components and finished products cost (derived & new models), R&D technical changes and cost reduction (support to business cases and authorization of capitals release)
- Budget preparation and 6+6 revision
- Cost analysis and monitor during the year (actual vs standard, make vs buy,)

What you need to succeed
- Experience in production companies
- University degree in Economics or Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing costs area
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills, method and precision
- Team player
- Proactiveness
