Per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore Hotellerie, Openjobmetis S.p.a ricerca un Food & Beverage Supervisor

**Posizione**:
Responsabilità:

- Supervisione e coordinamento delle operazioni del Food & Beverage, garantendo un servizio impeccabile e un'esperienza straordinaria per i nostri ospiti.
- Gestione del team di sala, del personale del bar e dei camerieri, fornendo orientamento, formazione e supporto continuo.
- Monitoraggio delle prestazioni del personale e implementazione di strategie per migliorare l'efficienza e l'esperienza complessiva dei clienti.
- Collaborazione con il team di cucina e il personale di sala per garantire una perfetta integrazione delle operazioni di cucina e servizio.

**Requisiti**:

- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e italiana. Una terza lingua sarà considerata un plus
- Spiccate competenze gestionali e organizzative
- La conoscenza degli standard LQA
- Problem Solving e Team working
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e fine settimana
- L'esperienza nel settore hospitality di almeno due anni in ruolo simile sarà considerata un plus
