We are seeking a highly skilled **Business Development Representative** to join our Sales team. **You show**: - Between 1 and 5 years of proven business development experience - Good time management and organizational skills but especially an innate proactive and resilient attitude towards facing challenges - Ability to work both independently and in a strong team environment - Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) that are leveraged to handle objections always in a constructive manner - Passion for Wellbeing and Corporate Wellbeing - Fluency in Italian and English, spanish is a plus **As a Business Development Representative you will**: - Ensure to achieve ambitious targets in terms of new pipeline genereted each month, having direct impact on increasing the performance of Unobtavo's sales team - Work along the head of Business Development dept. and Marketing team to create consistent campaigns that could have a direct measurable impact on outbound and inbound volumes - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and competition to inform strategic decision-making - Be a cultural ambassador and drive the local rollout of the new B2B value proposition in alignment with the Leadership Team **Benefit**: - 100% flexibility & full smart working. - A stimulating and growing work environment. - Focus on work-life balance. - Free online yoga and fitness classes. - Discount on psychotherapy sessions.
