Food & Beverage Crew Member / Bartender - Moxy Milan Malpensa

The purpose of the Food & Beverage crew member or Bartender is to provide excellent, friendly service to our guests and to give them the MOXY experience, that makes them come back again and again.
**What you'll do**:
- Serve drinks as a real bartender/barista while keeping the bar clean
- Create an amazing time for every guest by having a chat and keeping the bar stocked
- Loves cocktails and knows how to make at least the basic ones
- Keep your focus on the F&B area while answering or passing along every question of each guest
- Follow Marriott standards while setting up breakfast, lunch or dinner
- Help with cleaning and inventory, address stock that needs to ordered and minimize waste
- Help out your team where needed in every department
- Follow food, alcohol licensing, security and health and safety olciies
- Promote the Marriott brand and bring it to life
Behaviours and experiences for success:
- You worked in a restaurant or bar or hotel before
- You have knowledge of cocktails and drinks
- You can speak and read English and Italian
- You have high energy, and a can-do
