**Position**:
For our **Service Team** in our company site in **Val della Torre, Torino**, we are looking for a **Technical documentation specialist** with these responsibilities:

- Create and Manage **Service Documentation** based on new Improvements/developments
- Monitor **KPI and Target** For released
- **Collaborate with R&D** for new Project and Development
- Create and manage **Ticket/Enhancement Request** coming from Customer or Partner
- Manage and Monitor **Warranty Replacement** for customer

**Requirements**:

- Good Knowledge of **CAD 2D 3D**:

- Basic Knowledge of **Solidworks** (3D modeling)
- Good Knowledge of **Microsoft** products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good written and oral communication skills in **English** (B2)

Nice to have:

- Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical support Team
- Sound knowledge of Salesforce
