- **Transport management**:

- Monitoring and analysis of intraplant transport flowso
- Monitoring of external transport flows, on a global scaleo
- Identification and implementation of flow optimisations, eg. Milkrun definition
- Management of bottlenecks with the logistics manager of the various plants

**Freight costs managemento**
- Transportation cost analysiso
- Identification and realization of savings potentialo
- Request/Tender economic analysis

**Requirements**:

- **Graduating student in Ingegneria Gestionale**
